At M&T Builders Merchants, since we opened in 1978, we’ve been looking for new and improved ways to serve you, our loyal customers. As a family-run business, no matter how much we grow, change and advance, one thing you can be sure of is that our friendly service won’t change. So, what have we been up to of late?

Very much aware that you’re all busy juggling life and work, we’ve decided to invest in a brand new, even more user-friendly website where you’ll able to order for local delivery or click and collect. We’ve done this so that you can access all the building materials you need at a time that suits you.

We’ve also refreshed and redesigned our logo, which we hope you’ll like. In line with more modern designs, our aim is to make it a cleaner, classier, more recognisable representation of our brand.

Our new look logo

Our new logo, which will be rolled out throughout our business is a bold and strong, yet simple representation of our brand that is intended to be a progression and development of our previous logo. We’ve worked with our designers to produce something that represents our business in a new and modern way but at the same time still incorporates all our traditional values (and of course our business name).

We’re currently stocking up and launching our brand new website as part of our re-branding and logo reveal. We’ve decided to invest in a full-service web presence using the Big Reg Business Platform. What that means is that the online world is now ‘our oyster’ and we can make sure you get the great online experience you deserve.

Our new website means you’ll be able to track down what you’re looking for quickly and easily. It’s also easy on the eye (even if we do say it ourselves). One of the best things about it is that it is connected directly to our in-store stock, which means that what you see online is live. Day and night you have access to our most up to date stock, product information and pricing. That means you can find what you need and take advantage of any reduced prices or special offers without planning a trip to the store.

And once you’ve placed your online order, you can either opt for local delivery or take advantage of our click and collect, which streamlines your pickup.
