Convenient delivery times

At M&T we know our customers well and know what works for them. That’s why we’ve planned our deliveries at times that work all round. Our delivery slots are Monday to Thursday from 7.30am to 4.30pm and from 7.30am to 2.30pm on a Friday. We aim to offer fast delivery from stock where we can and can sometimes even offer next-day delivery. However, when you’re planning to have your building materials delivered, particularly if you’re in a rush, it’s best to check with us to get a the lead-time before placing your order. Building materials delivered to you – how does it work?

When you place an order and request delivery, the team at M&T will get in touch with you to advise your delivery date. We try to do our very best to let you know if it’ll be a morning or an afternoon delivery, but as you can imagine, unplanned delays often crop up and are out of our control, so it’s important to be aware that delivery times are approximate and can’t be guaranteed due to the variables that we can come up against in a normal working day.

How much does delivery cost?

We do our very best to keep our delivery costs reasonable and fair, and for this reason have split our delivery zone into 3 specific areas. There’s Zone 1 which covers Helensburgh, Rhu, Shandon and Cardross. There’s Zone 2, which covers Alexandria, Clynder, Dumbarton, Garelochhead, Rahane and Roseneath. And then there’s Zone 3 which is Arrochar, Clydebank, Cove, Drymen and Kilcreggan. The cost for delivery to each zone is as follows: Zone 1 - £6.50, Zone 2 - £9.50 and Zone 3 - £19.50.
